1. Data we process
- Appointment form: name, WhatsApp number, email, preferred date and message, so our team can contact you.
- AI hair scan: the photo you choose to send, and the concerns you tick. The photo is used only to produce the result.
- Cookies: a language-preference cookie. Admin staff also get a login session cookie.
2. The AI hair scan and your photo
When you press "Analyze", the photo is sent from your browser to our server and forwarded to the AI service we use (Google Gemini, which may process data outside Indonesia) to be analyzed. Nurturish does not save the photo: it is held in memory only while the request runs. We keep an anonymous record of the result (the concerns detected, severity and products shown) with no photo, name or IP address, to understand which products people need. How that provider handles data sent to its API is governed by the provider's own terms.
Please photograph the scalp or hair only, not your face or other people. The result is an indication based on a photo and not a medical diagnosis.
Children: a photo of a child may only be sent by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms consent in the form. We do not analyze photos of babies under 2 months old, and for children we only show product suggestions when nothing in the photo needs a doctor's check.
3. Other services
Our website is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse of the scan.
4. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data you gave us (for example through the appointment form) at any time by contacting us.
